I purchased this Woverine Movie Maker Pro to convert 38 reels of 8 mm film of my family and childhood - that was 40 years old>
I am now done with that project.
I was very pleased with the instrument.  About 34 of the reels went through very smooth.
**  If your film is NOT edited you can walk away and come back to it to check periodically.
**  It takes about 30-35 minutes to convert a standard reel of 8 mm film.
Woverine gives you a method of getting stubborn film to go through.  I download and modified these instructions for the new buyer.      >>  These then went through fine.
I thouroughly enjoyed doing this and the project was complete to share with my family and for future generations.
**  This was so much cheaper, faster and safer than hiring a big company to do it.
