For sale is a M-439 Remote Footage Counter.
Based on some research, I believe this was made by Magnasync Moviola in 1970. I found in one of their catalogs.
Seems like its part of an interlock system between reel to reel and projector. I am not sure how it works or what it does.
Appears to be from a university.
Untested and sold as is.
